Recommended massage

Just had a fantastic massage thanks to Claudia from Active Therapy Zone. I?d highly recommend her to anyone looking to reduce pain or tension. I feel 5cm taller and my shoulders have miraculously stopped clicking! I have lots of old lingering injuries - Claudia spotted the imbalances and treated them during the massage, as well as offering tips on areas for me to work on (both flexibility and strength).

She works from a beautiful room overlooking Goose Green.
