Looking for a double room / flat to rent

Hi, I am looking for somewhere to rent in the east dulwich area for at least 3 months possibly a lot longer, to rent from mid august/early september. Ideally looking for a double room sharing in a house with one or two quiet considerate individuals. Would also consider a 1 bed flat for a reasonable rental price. Bills inclusive would be preferable. I'm a professional male working in central London, so out in the days. I'm very clean and tidy, and just want somewhere peaceful to relax in evenings and weekends. I've lived in east dulwich for about 7 years so i know and love the area well. Thanks for getting in touch. Gypsy hill train station goes in to london bridge, I guess that is 12-15mins walk from my flat.
