(Canny folk can bypass this travel and the queues by simply using their own tap to refill their water bottles.)

That?s good news, but if Dulwich Estate won?t allow even an ATM in Dulwich Village, will they allow this design for a water fountain with a large blue plastic drop of water on top?

As does the one already installed in the village, the Webster Fountain, though the trough was used by horses as well

You can get free water in at least one shop...I noticed a sign in the window of the Rum Lounge in North Cross Road
