Noise early in the morning Underhill Road

Anyone else hearing the moron using power tools sounding from Underhill area? Lovely wake up call when I don?t have to be up for work for another hour and a half. God there are some inconsiderate twats in this area.

you're lucky- when the house next to me was converted they turned up and used power tools at 7am on Saturday and Sunday too! Nobody should have to put up with any of that.

There are bylaws relating to times of work and I have a feeling that noisy work/building is prohibited on a Sunday.
