I would highly recommend Josh - he designed a pair of beautiful bespoke sun loungers for our garden which double up as benches for our outside dining table. He is super prompt and a great communicator - will certainly be going to him for future projects.

I can also highly recommend Josh. He built a bespoke larder for our kitchen - it is a beautiful and functional piece of furniture. He suggested design elements that maximised the space, was a pleasure to work with and kept us updated throughout.

Josh has done an excellent job designing and installing the bookcases exactly as we envisaged them. Together with additional work in our hall and office.

He's trustworthy, efficient and friendly and competitively priced. We'd not hesitate to recommend him.

Thanks Josh.

I'm a bit confused here.

Are you recommending yourself, or are you quoting a client, and if the latter, where did the quote come from?

It might have been better just to refer to it, I think, or continue it. I see it starts with a slight variant of username that you seem to have had second thoughts about, but that's no worry. https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/forum/read.php?30,2036354

    • DKH was two form entry, it is now one form entry to cope with the fact it was far more under subscribed than other schools in the area. They had actually combined year groups into single classes, 3/4 and 5/6.  When a school changes name, it’s usually because of a bad reputation perhaps the results.  The new name is dry with no history unlike its current name. It’s a very sketchy decision. It’s an expensive vanity project for someone.  What  will happen if the name change does not increase applications to the school?
    • @first mate I assume Alice made a mistake, as she removed her reaction.  I was wondering about park wardens. As I said, there was one there last night, who was incredibly helpful and proactive. As well as bringing me to the police, he caught up with a young guy on a bike who'd earlier been the victim of an attempted theft by these kids and linked him up with the police too. But I do wonder, as I've only very occasionally seen him riding around, how many they have and what hours they patrol. I've no doubt they'd be a strong deterrent if they had a better presence. They were nowhere to be seen the first time around.  Update: I've just found this: https://services.southwark.gov.uk/community-safety/community-wardens The guy in the photo at the bottom of the page was the lovely warden of last night and I've just now remembered him telling me he's based in Burgess Park. Anyway, there needs to be more of them, as I rarely see one in Peckham.
