Has anyone been on a 'Women like us' workshop?- Are they worth attending?

'Women like us' have been promoting their website and courses in my childs nursery. The one day courses are around ?40. Are they worth attending?

I'm a SAHM, looking for that elusive part time job to restore my bank balance and keep my skills up. To save on chid care costs I'm thinking about week end work.. But also things I can combine with my week day commitments.

I'd appreciate any feed back on ' Women like us' and/or tips about other useful ways to reflect on my skills and plan a sensible way forward.
