My name is Hugo, I am 25yrs old and living in Denmark Hill. I am between jobs and looking to get some childcare work in August.

I spend a lot of time with my extended family with children ranging from 6 months to 16 years old and so I'm very comfortable looking after children. I have babysat in the past but more recently had experience teaching children in Manchester and Nairobi. I have a clean driving licence and also happy to cook and clean.

  I'm not so sure the collection team are that bothered anymore. Two houses either side of me are rented and the tenants just chuck their rubbish - mostly bagged - in the blue or green bins depending on which has space in, not based on what it is. The blue bins are always emptied.

  Good of you to give it a second chance. It's fair value but I'd rather pay a little more for something better and there's so much to choose from in Lordship Lane (though admittedly I've been a little disloyal and have found myself venturing to Rye Lane more than I expected in recent months).
