Why are you so rude? What has race got to do with anything? That's got nothing to do with whether or not a description is posted on here The OP said the cyclist was being pursued by the police. If that's the case, then the police will presumably have his description, including skin colour If you think you encountered the same cyclist and could have been seriously hurt, then tell the police. And you have lost your bet, btw. You know nothing at all about me or my background and are making assumptions based on what appears to be a total lack of understanding of the reasons for my posts. -
Worth posting on local street Whatsapp groups? Guessing no info from door knocking. Those def look like unneutered Tom cat cheeks. Would be brilliant if a rescue could trap and at least neuter and return if he's a stray. Ideally find him a home - he'll settle more when neutered. Poor chap xxx HP -

Whilst 'try taking off the blinkers' is a really insightful comment, could you expand a little? What do you disagree with - the £2.925 trillion, the role of the bond markets, or the demands for investment in public services? -
