How to change my email address

Hi all , I?ve lost access to my email address , how to I change it , I?ve set up a new one but they want to confirm with a code sent to old email address which I can?t get on to until aol gets back to me, think it?s been hacked or something 😩

Normally you would have another device, like a mobile phone, associated with your email account. Then you'd go through a "forgotten password" procedure which would involve the provider sending a code or temporary password to the phone. You'd use that password to regain access to your account and immediately set up a new email password of your own.

Often you need to ring customer support in those circumstances - I lost my ntlworld address years ago and caused the odd issue over the years.
