EDF Time out during update.

I'm fed up with EDF timing out when I am trying to post..

Anything longer than 3-4 mins seem to time out then drop out while I am typing.

The only way round this I have found is to Type my post in notepad and cut and paste here.

Anyone else had this problem.?

I've not heard of this problem before from any users, it sounds like the sort of thing that happens on bank websites. The comparative "timeout" on this forum is 30 days, and as nothing technically happens whilst you're typing, i.e. everything is static with no background technology counting down or similar, it would suggest the cause maybe something or a setting at your end.

I don't really understand the timeout problem either.
