Great Carpenter Recommendation

I just wanted to recommend a great carpenter who did some work for me recently - he built a bin store from reclaimed wood, a bedroom wardrobe, and did some repairwork on my original Victorian doors, which now work like new. All finished to a high standard, reasonably priced and he worked hard. Very friendly and tidy too. He works locally in Peckham/Nunhead/Camberwell and beyond.

  It was a reactionary post and inappropriate when talking about a real case and a real person who was harmed. London streets are generally pretty safe. Sadly violent crime happens from time to time, as it always has.

  Do tell, CPR Dave, what the spiteful jealous stuff is - I'm intrigued. Agree - Burnham is a top class communicator (polar opposite of Starmer) he'd do a great job of uniting the party. I still think Wes Streeting has the edge, though I'm sure he has more enemies as well.

  This is a huge part of the problem. Starmer is only interested in himself, not in what is best for our country. There's a litany of stuff he's done for spiteful jealous personal reasons which has damaged the nation enormously. Burnham would be a much better leader than of the other dross left behind when Starmer goes. To inflict a worse leader (and PM) upon us for his own selfish reasons would add to the problems and be entirely in keeping with his woeful premiership so far.

  I heard today there was a burglary in Lacon Road yesterday evening between 20.00 - 22.00, apparently the owners were home at the time & thieves got away with electrical items along with the owners car! Wtf! Anyone heard anything else?
