You bring the problem -- our guys will help you fix it and explain why you do what you do. Show and tell. They carry tools and small parts but not big ones. If you know you need new brake pads, bring them with you (about ?10 for front and back) and they will help you fix them and make sure it's right. Same with other bits like wheels or, unbelievably handle bars, if kind soul has nicked or damaged them.

They will be at Camberwell Leisure Centre in Artichoke Place (see pic) SE5 8TS from 6.30-8.30pm. Their superb services are free and open to all. They like problems (they are easily bored) and not afraid of spiders, so dust off that wreck in the shed and bring it down. See them rub their hands with glee. No need to book just turn up.

All this is funded by Southwark Cyclists. We are the borough branch of the London Cycling Campaign which campaigns for safer cycling in London. Everything we do is free and open to everyone. • Thanks for your feedback - we always appreciate hearing from members about their experience. The pool temperature at JAGS Sports Club is maintained at 29oC, in line with industry guidelines for mixed-use pools.  This temperature has been designed to balance comfort for lane swimmers and families. Air temperature is also monitored regularly to ensure a comfortable environment for swimmers, spectators and staff. The shower Temperature Mixing Valves (TMVs) were changed in December to improve consistency, and we hope this has made a noticeable difference. If you would like to discuss your experience in more detail, please contact us directly at [email protected] or 020 8613 6500 and we'll be really happy to help.
    • One wonders if he would have defected if he had, ahem, held on to the leadership of Southwark and whether he felt that "Labour are no longer the vehicle for social justice" during his leadership election........my how quickly things change in the thoughts of a politician 😉 I think this sums things up quite nicely: A senior Southwark Labour spokesperson hit back: “Local residents can draw their own conclusions about Cllr McAsh’s swift move from Labour leadership hopeful to the Green Party, after he didn’t get his own way. While he’s thinking about his own career, Southwark Labour are delivering for residents.” One wonders if he will stand as a Green candidate in Goose Green.
    • No doubt if he determines to stand for a ward he will enlighten us - at least his track record is one of using this site to communicate (inter alia). I would suspect that (1) his personal views on traffic will have remained consistent but that (2) his views on local democracy and proper consultation will have as well.
    • Yes, but I want to know where he stands on all this stuff now. My feeling is it won't be any different from Labour?
