My name is Catherine and I am an experienced and qualified Geography teacher who offers one-to-one tutoring, small group teaching and hands-on fieldwork experiences at competitive prices. I am passionate about Geography and love to share this passion with learners of all ages. After 15 years of teaching, including as Head of Geography for nearly 10 years, I am now studying for a Doctorate in Education. Exam Tutoring

- Individual or small group Common Entrance, A Level and GCSE tutoring

- Fieldwork experience and guidance, including trips and the A level NEA

- Intense holiday revision and exam preparation sessions

Home Education

- Weekly tutoring to individuals or small groups for public exams (CE, GCSE, IGCSE, A level, IB Diploma)

- Regular topic based sessions for non-exam learners (from age 8) for individuals or small groups. This can be either Geography, Integrated studies, Environmental Studies or Citizenship. Please contact me for more details on half-termly themes and bespoke resources.

- Half-termly fieldtrips for individuals or small groups with follow-up activities, resources and follow-up lessons and activities. These are Geography and Humanities based trips and will develop knowledge and skills in an engaging way outside of the classroom. Please contact me for examples of trips and topics.

- Fieldwork trips for Common Entrance, GCSE and A level Geography, including introducing the skills needed for the Non Examined Assessment (NEA)

Fees

One-to-one exam tutoring: ?45/hour (GCSE/IGCSE) or ?50/hour (A level/IB Diploma)

Day-time home education for 8-14 year olds: Initial no obligation consultation is free followed by ?40/hour for one child or ?60/hour for a small group

Fieldwork/trips: Please contact me to discuss as the cost varies dependent on several factors such as duration/location.

Holiday revision: ?50/hour with 10% discount for 5 or more sessions booked in one holiday
