Two rooms in a beautiful house in East Dulwich, one large room unfurnished and one medium sized room furnished.

The house is in a great area only a 10 minute walk to lordship lane and Saturday market. 20mins walk from Peckham Rye station (which has great transport links).

You'll be sharing with 2 lovely housemates- looking for an easy going, tidy & respectful person. Everyone is quite busy in their own lives but do like to have the odd film/Netflix night and glass of wine together :)

Huge kitchen, lots of storage ( there's also a basement), shared lounge, downstairs toilet and a pretty paved garden with potted grown vegetables :) so green fingers always welcome!

Bills come to approx ?100.00 per month. Remaining flatmates are looking for a professional female, late twenties early to mid thirties.

  I would not recommend Polished to anybody. They sent my daughter away without any aftercare instructions or solution, when i popped in to enquire they couldn’t say anything except that we could purchase an inferior cleaning product from them at double the price. My daughter went back again some time afterwards to get a row of piercings done on her ear, this time they not only did a bad job on the spacing but put in a stud that was the wrong size, the head of the stud was so tiny it got swallowed up inside her ear and she had to go to A &E to get it removed 🙁

  22/9 MISSING CAT: her name is CJ, she’s got a very distinctive round face. She lives on Jerningham road. We usually let her out with a collar that has a tracker but unfortunately last night she went out without it on 😭 and now she hasn’t come home. She’s usually very scared of sudden noises and cars so she’s not one to roam on main streets but more across gardens. She also got stuck on a tree once and was too scared to jump down. If you see a ginger cat in your garden or tree, or anywhere near SE14 5NH then please dm me.
