Hello,

I am looking for someone to manage my Airbnb listing whilst I am away for a month over Xmas and new year. It?s a 1 bed flat in East Dulwich. I usually manage it myself but I am going on holiday for a month. I need someone to clean and change the sheets before a new guest arrives and also meet the guests with the keys. I haven?t taken any bookings yet for this period as I wanted to see if I could find someone to help me first. I would pay ?35 each time you clean and greet a new guest. Obviously when this happens would be flexible through the month.

Please let me know if this is something you could help me with.

  You have to use the right extinguisher for the type of fire - water/foam not to be used for live electrical fires for example. A quick Google says powder extinguishers can be used on the most different types of fire. In a public/commercial setting fire extinguishers have to be serviced every year. Not sure the recommendation for residential ones, but when you buy extinguishers and fire blankets check if there's an expiry date.

  Thanks, yes I need the y piece for the water to go to IN both washing machine AND the dishwasher but the y piece doesn’t fit on the B yellow pipe… I’m not worried about the waste pipe for now, I’m just concerned about the supply to get water in to both appliances

  Not sure about the word “input” - do you mean outflow / waste ? Red figure A looks like the sink overflow. If B is the washing machine outflow then that’s where you want your Y fitting. ( assuming all above conjecture is correct). I’d put a cap on that chrome threaded dead connection too. Don’t just rely on the valve. It all looks a bit of a mess TBH 🫣.
