Looking for a 1 BED flat (or annex / basement) - Jan to Jun 2020

Hi lovely people of ED. My wife and I have just bought a house in ED and we're looking to start extensive renovations on it in January which will probably take 5 months to complete. Given the extent of the work we're looking to move into the area to be close enough to supervise the works. We're both full-time professionals working in the City and have references readily available (No pets, non-smokers, 8-6 weekday workers). We're looking ideally for a 1 Bedroom self-contained flat within a 5-10 minute walk of Hansler Road. I know its a few months away but if you or anyone you know has something suitable please let me know.
