This one bedroom flat on Barry Road in East Dulwich is available for rent from 2 November, furnished for ?1100pcm. It's ideal for a professional single or a couple with minimal space requirements.

The flat is decorated in neutral colours, it's bright and light with very high ceilings and enormous sash windows. There is wood flooring in the lounge and kitchen, cream carpets in the hall and bedroom. The bathroom has a white bath, sink, loo, heated towel rail, chrome fittings and black slate floor.

The bedroom is much larger than average for flats and has enough shelving for about 500 books. In the bedroom is a new double wooden frame bed and mattress, a 1930's wardrobe with mirror, a desk and chair.

The lounge and kitchen is combined - the kitchen is small with everything you need - including a fan oven, gas hob, washing machine, counter top fridge with freezer compartment. The lounge furniture includes a double futon sofa, a table with four chairs and a bookshelf.

The flat's location is ideally situated for Peckham Rye, the station is accessible in approx 10 minutes by bus (no 12, 197, 63, 363) which connects to London Bridge and the London Overground.

I privately manage the flat so you'll save on agency fees, and have a landlord dedicated to maintaining the property. I'm looking for a minimum of a 12 month contract.

Hi there,

I was wondering if you could tell me whether you have let your property yet?

My boyfriend and I are looking to move to a one bed flat in East Dulwich, an area we both love.

Please do let me know if it?s still available as we?d love to view it.

Thanks!

Rosie

    • I’m basing it on the fact that Jeremy Corbyn had repeatedly and on record said he is against mandatory vaccinations in any situation, and he wouldn’t disclose wether he had the Covid vaccine himself    as I said. Not as bad as his brother but very definitely a bit weird about the whole thing. Just say you had the vaccination Jeremy, say that everyone should and stop being weird in the middle of a global pandemic    it’s the same slippery evasive nonsense about Brexit and him. About Putin poisonings and him.     if you are happy with his evasiveness then you do you.  But there is a reason the country wouldn’t get behind him
    • It was my understanding that Jeremy Corbyn was embarrassed by his brother and had distanced himself from his brother's views. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. Why on earth should "the overall view of that family inform Jeremy's response to the pandemic"? What exactly are you basing that assumption on?
    • I guess it's best to do what most Brits do these days, keep your head down and say nothing! although that's probably why this country is in the mess it is today!  😞
