Intermittent beeping on St Aidan's Rd

Can anyone else hear a high pitched beeping sound every 30 seconds or so? On St Aidan's Rd (Peckham Rye end). It started yesterday evening and hasn't stopped. It's really annoying and is very hard to block out. Just hoping someone else can hear it and I'm not going mad!

Sounds like a smoke alarm with dying battery, should be within next two properties either side or directly opposite you. Any tenants left lately, or someone away?
