I'm an Ofsted registered "Good" graded childminder who works alongside my husband, a registered assistant.

Together we have been running our successful Childminding service for the past 11years plus. ( I am a fully qualified nursery nurse)

The children enjoy a very busy day with a lot of planned activities to support the EYFS framework. We have our own allotment that we encourage the children to explore. We grow our own vegetables and use them daily for our varied menu.

We are available from 8am - 6pm, Monday - Thursday.

At present we've 2 spaces available and can be flexible on days.

    • You have to use the right extinguisher for the type of fire - water/foam not to be used for live electrical fires for example. A quick Google says powder extinguishers can be used on the most different types of fire. In a public/commercial setting fire extinguishers have to be serviced every year. Not sure the recommendation for residential ones, but when you buy extinguishers and fire blankets check if there's an expiry date.
    • Thanks, yes I need the y piece for the water to go to IN both washing machine AND the dishwasher but the y piece doesn’t fit on the B yellow pipe…  I’m not worried about the waste pipe for now, I’m just concerned about the supply to get water in to both appliances
    • Not sure about the word “input” - do you mean outflow / waste ? Red figure A looks like the sink overflow. If B is the washing machine outflow then that’s where you want your Y fitting. ( assuming all above conjecture is correct). I’d put a cap on that chrome threaded dead connection too. Don’t just rely on the valve. It all looks a bit of a mess TBH 🫣.
