Hello! I am a locan yoga teacher and modern calligrapher and have some availability for 1-2-1 yoga sessions in the comfort of your own home!

I am a fully trained teacher and can teach basic and beginner yoga right through to dynamic and more advanced styles. I can tailor the sessions to meet your needs.

I am also flexible with timings.

The first session will cost just ?30 then ?50 thereafter. If you book a block of 6 sessions you will get the last session half price.

The perfect way to lead up to christmas to find some you time during these hectic months :)

Please see below a bit more about me...

Bio

I teach a breath led, uplifiting, energising flow designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated, refreshed with a sense of calm and clarity. I like to be playful and encouraging; keeping a friendly atmosphere with a no judgment policy. I am passionate about teaching all levels in order to eliminate any intimidation and make everyone feel welcome.

Sum up

I like to have fun when I teach, encouraging my students to smile when a pose is tough, and not carry any ego. I really feel like I've found my calling now I teach yoga and I like to pass on my enthusiasm and passion for the practice onto my students. Encouraging them to reap the benefits not just on the mat but into their daily lives.

Fun facts

I am also a Modern Calligrapher and run my own business called Ink and Flow. I teach workshops, and work at events with brands such as Diptique, Marie Claire, and Propercorn. I also teach 'Yoga and Calligraphy' worskhops combining my two passions together for a truly mindful experience.

    • My mum (91 years young!) well remembers going to Austin's as a child, which she described as an 'Aladdin's Cave'!  She absolutely loved it - and is still a shopping fiend to this day (I 'blame' Austin's 😉). Going back up Peckham Rye, passing Austin's on your right hand-side, just past Phillips Walk (so not far from Austin's at all), I believe there was a British Relay Wireless shop - this would have been in the late 1930s/early 1940s.  Does anyone know anything about this? My grandad (my mum's dad) used to manage it; it was severely damaged in The Blitz - but I am having trouble locating it.  Mum's memory is dim (she was 6 at the time); she originally thought it was in Rye Lane, but we think now it was in Peckham Rye just up from Phillips Walk (originally Phillips Road).
    • Thanks everyone, this will need to be reported again as the fox was still mobile and walking down the road when last seen... hopefully someone will spot and report.
