Looking for a 2 bed for a long term rental

Hello there,

After 6 years at my current place (where my landlords live above me and we share the garden) they are sadly selling up meaning that I am looking for a 2 bed property to rent within the next 3 months (before Feb) in Southwark, Lewisham or Lambeth (my child attends school in ED). Ideally a long term rental that we can treat as, and call, our home. I am a professional with exceptional references and treat any property as if it were my own. Maximum budget ?1400.
