Does anyone have a private office space available for 2 people? it does not need to be furnished but internet facilities would be handy but parking would be ideal.

Hi,

I know it is just a little bit out of your ideal area, but you can try DEK in Ladywell SE13 6AY. It is council owned. Brand new building, fast internet, all bill included, cheap rent - small private studios for 2/3 people is ?400pm (VAT included). There is on street parking nearby, but you'll need a permit. If resident - ?100pa, business - ?500pa.
