Hi there

I'm looking for a Monday - Friday lodger in a warm and cosy family home. A lovely spacious room to rent in the heart of friendly East Dulwich on Pellatt Road. The house is situated near The Great Exhibition, and all the local amenities of East Dulwich.

The room is on the ground floor, and comes unfurnished or part furnished as required. With amble shelf storage, great Wi-Fi and lots of light. The house has a small garden. The bathroom and eat in kitchen are shared. All modern cons including dishwasher, washing machine, and bathroom with underfloor heating. House finished to a high decorative standard.

Individual must be a female working professional. Rent is ?550.00/month all inclusive, and 1 month's deposit and references required. Room is available from approximately 1st December and viewings are starting asap.

  I would not recommend Polished to anybody. They sent my daughter away without any aftercare instructions or solution, when i popped in to enquire they couldn’t say anything except that we could purchase an inferior cleaning product from them at double the price. My daughter went back again some time afterwards to get a row of piercings done on her ear, this time they not only did a bad job on the spacing but put in a stud that was the wrong size, the head of the stud was so tiny it got swallowed up inside her ear and she had to go to A &E to get it removed 🙁

  22/9 MISSING CAT: her name is CJ, she’s got a very distinctive round face. She lives on Jerningham road. We usually let her out with a collar that has a tracker but unfortunately last night she went out without it on 😭 and now she hasn’t come home. She’s usually very scared of sudden noises and cars so she’s not one to roam on main streets but more across gardens. She also got stuck on a tree once and was too scared to jump down. If you see a ginger cat in your garden or tree, or anywhere near SE14 5NH then please dm me.
