Car wing mirror thefts

Hi everyone.

Ive recently had my car wing mirror covers stolen on Lordship Lane. Since driving around ive also seen them missing on several cars on Barry Rd & in Brixton.Cant believe how low some people can go to make some money.Anyone one else had them stolen?

Ive since googled this topic & the it mainly seems to be Ford, BMW, BMW Mini, Audi & Mercs.Another car on Friern Rd has been a victim :(

I've had both of mine pinched (Audi), different occassions - Ondine rd.

Bobbaz, When were yours knicked? Ive just found some to buy on Ebay. No doubt im buying my own car parts back.

As it happens, this morning we noticed several cars parked in a row along Consort Rd SE15 with missing wing mirrors. Hmm.

We had our chrome wing mirror covers nicked from our Mini a few weeks agao. Car was outside the house, I think it happened in the middle of the night.

Little scrote tried to steal the rear indicator from my visitors Nissan. broke it in the process resulting in a ?300 bill.

Mine were pinched a few months back now, probably stolen about 4 weeks apart from each other. Maybe they wanted to check it would fit before coming back for the matching left hand mirror. I also found some replacements relatively reasonably on ebay, they must be doing a roaring trade.

I had both my Vauxhall Astra wing mirror covers stolen last night on Dunstans Road. So it's off to eBay I go...!
