West German vase for sale, 1960s/1970s - ?35 BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL

Mid-century vase made by Scheurich Fabrik of Kleinheubach, West Germany in the 1960s/1970s. This floor vase is in excellent condition.

Classic 1960s/70s colours - speckled mid-cream and brown glaze with a floral pattern on the outside, solid dark brown glaze on this inside - this is a real statement piece. Believed to be a Fabiola Decor glaze used by the company from the mid-1950s to the early 1980s.

Height - 41cm

Diameter at top - 13.5cm

Diameter at widest point - c.16cm

Diameter at base - c.11cm

Product number on the base: 239-41 (note that this code refers to the style, shape and size (the second number is the height in cm) - there are multiple variants of the colours and decoration).

Base text also includes "W.Germany", showing it was made for the West German export market.

Lovely mid century floor vase. Would suit a period property/ room with a 1960s/1970s theme. And in time for Christmas too.
