Local contractor needed for renovation in SE15

Hello,

We're looking for recommendations for local contractors to build an extension on a ground floor flat of a converted house. Work would include fitting new kitchen, bathroom and boiler. We have architectural plans and are otherwise ready to start in the new year.

If you've had similar work done and would like to pass on your contractor's details, we'd be very grateful!

Hi epoxidize

I used Mc Govern Design and Build for a renovation on one of my properties. They renovated the kitchen and bathroom to a very good standard. The space was very small and awkward, they utilised the available space, very well.

They are local and have undertaken multiple extensions, conversions and renovations in and around Dulwich.

ps Mc Govern also volunteered to install the gardens in the local schools and Dulwich hospital for the school garden project.

    • Leon is super-helpful and very easy to deal with. Called him first thing on Saturday morning and he was here within a few hours. Quickly identified the problem, sorted it, didn’t charge me for a part either. I really recommend him.
    • When I watch the clouds from my window they quite often appear like very slow-moving lines of vehicles on a multi-lane highway, gradually edging forward. So I was rather doubtful when I just now saw them creep forward a very small amount, pause a short while, and then make a small reverse, more or less back to the point they'd advanced from.  Another pause, and then the same repeated.  And again and again.   More perhaps like a small moored boat, being blown by the wind.  I don't at this moment remember seeing anything quite like that before, at least for it to seem so memorable, though possibly i have, and forgotten. I doubt it's peculiar to Dulwich, but Dulwich is where I happen to be, and it is nature.  So hello clouds.
