Awoke this morning to find my fridge freezer had somehow defrosted called a few companies who to my surprise said they wont bother to come out because its a liebherr and it can be a complicated appliance to work on finally got hold of glen at agsrefrigeration who explain to me over the phone what the likely cause could be and to my delight he came within a couple of hours of my phone call and rectify the problem at a reasonable price. Brilliant service Glen thank you. This is their web address if anyone in need of a straight forward and honest tradesman. www.agsrefrigeration.co.uk.

Thanks for the tip, my fridge decided to shut down on the warmest day of the year- typical! I called AGS as recommended, the engineer came same day and was really friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem within the hour. Thankfully saved a fridge full of food and didn't cost me nearly as much as I thought. I would recommend this company to anyone. Phone number is 07723 019161 www.agsrefrigeration.co.uk

Professional, efficient and courteous is how I would describe the engineer from AGS. Glen was recommended to me bya friend after I'd had a couple of bad experiences with previous engineers. He not only fixed my fridge but also gave me a number of useful tips ot ensure the problem didn't recurr. I appreciated calling out an engineer who wasn't just interested in recieving the call out fee but also took pride in doing a good job. Highly recommended.

    • To be fair, a pot of tea for one in a department store is a small pot, and you only get one cup or mug!
    • I know - we have been here lots of times since it first opened,  which is why we were disappointed that it was closed at a time it was supposed to be open, but with no notice to say why! I guess we will just  have to ask the reason at our next visit, but I'm not sure we will risk Saturday lunchtime again unless we find the closure  was an unavoidable one off ....
    • Nope. I don’t have this wrong. I’ve tried to put my point across respectfully, without resorting to personal, angry insults. And all my colleagues agree that the BBC got this right in its condemnation.    All you see is confirmation bias.    If you don’t realise that, then you’re part of the problem.
    • We have always gone during the week at lunch time - great place and good value. Husband has been several times on his own and owner knows his first name. I could not go one time for some reason and she sent him home with some spring rolls (free)
