Wanted urgently - electrical technician with imagination.

I am looking for an electrical technician who could design and make a pressure sensitive switch for a person without any physical strength or control (MND). The switch is to activate an alarm (to call for help).

I am happy to pay a serious premium for a fast and effective result (not attempt). Money is not the problem - it is finding a person with imagination and determination.

No electrical ability but plenty of imagination...You have probably already thought of this, but Alexa or something similar also on a smartphone could be speech activated to contact whoever's is needed.
