The Makers Library invites you to make your very own resin ring or magnet from scratch! Join The Maker's Library as they melt down resin, swirl in vibrant colour and glitter and create a ring in half an hour :) A great bit of festive fun. We will leave you to decide if you keep your ring or gift it (we may have quite a collection of ring ourselves)

We'd love you to join us for this half an hour workshop, just enough time to treat yourself to making something before looking at all the gorgeous handmade gifts on show at the fair. Please be sure to book in advance as spaces are very limited!!

All welcome for this workshop but it does involve the use of quite strong heat so children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.

Book your space here; https://www.designmynight.com/london/whats-on/christmas-themed/make-your-very-own-resin-ring?t=tickets

    • Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken. Please get in touch if you’re interested or know someone who might be. Thank you!
    • Hi  I really thought I'd seen a more recent post on the forum about home education meet ups. I can't find it though. • Thanks for your reply. I’ve subscribed to Ancestry a few times in the past but felt I wasn’t using it enough to warrant keeping up the subscription.
    • Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
