Ready to transform your home and mind for the New Year?!

When your home is messy and cluttered this heavily has an impact on your mind and how you?re feeling - which in turn effects the relationships you have in your life and your productivity day to day.

I get great fulfilment in helping individuals clear their minds by assisting with organising their home/office spaces. Having helped a few close friends I found I have a passion in this area and so would like to help others on a wider scale.

You may have a messy wardrobe, pantry, spare room you?d like to clear or maybe you?re moving...I?m here to help YOU!

Initially we would start off with a consultation - which is ?20 and deducted from your service if you do go ahead and book with me.

I will go over a detailed profile with you to determine your goals, and what you would like to achieve by the end. This can be done in person or via video call, so that you can see my face and get a feel of me as a person.

As a team we will discuss the best way to work, whether that would be together or me on my own and I will work with you in transforming your space. I will then send you a plan of action, with a quote and a date that we can get started!

    • The other thing I do at an ATM, is cover the card slot with my right hand while the card is in there. I then use my left hand for the rest. If a card does not come out, then you can look for a skimming device and remove it, ATMs are badly designed imo. They could be recessed to make side sccess impossible for a would be theif. The pin number aspect is a weakness also.
    • It's a criminal offense. CICs can't fundraise on the street - they're a less regulated form of organization and that lighter touch means you can't do certain things until you commit to greater regulation.   If you want to fundraise on the street then you need to become a charity. if they have mislead a shop by stating that they are a charity, they're breaking criminal law. if they're on the pavement, again they are not licensed to do that and are breaking the law.
    • Excellent, I hope so!
    • It's certainly a risky strategy, as well as ticking everyone off, the gazunderer risks losing the property and also their costs incurred during the process e.g. legal & survey. It's hard to mitigate against but I always think that if you're desperate to sell, don't ever convey that  to your estate agent, as that info more than likely gets passed on to potential buyers. You should be doing that regardless of whether gazundering is happening or not, as it will affect the offers you receive... That's correct. Some agents have policies in place to 'discourage' gazundering and gazumping, but ultimately it comes down to the morals of the buyer...
