Bowing flooring - recommendation sought for who can assist

Can anyone help/advise of company with suitable credentials to take a look: the living room has oak effect flooring which was put down about 5 years ago. It is now bowing quite dramatically in one area. Perhaps dampness and inadequate waterproofing beneath? Anyone had this problem and can suggest a good company that they used who could take a look and quote? Lewisham/Southwark border. Thank you.

  Wow! Is this the remnants of a wood pigeon? We occasionally see the feathers following a kill but only once have I seen the hawk in the garden and certainly not like your experience.

  I saw this sparrowhawk bring down a pigeon in Upland Rd today, a few houses short of Eric's bakery. Nature red in tooth and claw in East Dulwich!
