I am an acupuncturist, and I am looking for some one to share a great new therapy room with me, on Lordship Lane, very close to the station. The property is currently under construction and will be ready mid-March. It will be a beautifully designed co-working space with a focus on wellness, the community, environment and sustainability. Downstairs there will be a vegetarian caf? and wellness space for yoga and community events. Upstairs are studios of various kinds, and even a roof terrace for summer days! The room is 2 x 4 metres and can be shared between 2, 3 or even 4 therapists. Total cost of the room per month is ?800 + VAT, so between 2 it would cost ?480, between 3 ?320 or between 4 ?240 per month, inclusive of VAT. Alternatively, there may be the option to pay by the hour or for a block. All options are negotiable at this stage, as it is a new space.
