Goodliz
Hi everyoneMy name is Liz Stuart and I run the Powerpramming sessions. Thanks for your interest KWinberry and thanks Monkey and Convex for supplying the info! The days and times above are all correct. Peckham Rye meeting point is the cafeDulwich Park meets at The Court Lane Gate (just down from the library)No need to book. ?6.50 PAYG10 sessions for ?50 and you get 3 months to use them up.5 sessions for ?30 and you get 7 weeks to use them up. You can use the prepaid sessions at either or both venues. The class is for all fitness levels. As it is postnatal you will not be pushed to your limits so to speak as that would be inappropriate. The class is geared around the needs of the post natal body and we focus on building stregth and fitness again and maintaining good posture and flexibility. You do not need a special pram as we stick to the pathways. The class is on even if it rains - we just find some shelter and exercise there. When the ground is not boggy (as it probably is today) we put mats/ towels/ blankets down on the grass and do some exercises on them.I hope this helps. The wesbite is www.powerpramming.co.uk the other website is more for my personal training and general fitness business asfitas. Thanks again for the interest and the previous info!Best wishesLiz Stuart.
