Hello,

We are getting rid of our toddler bed from John Lewis - same as:

It is used but in good condition. Missing the screws and bolts but these are easily replaceable from a DIY shop (see picture of instructions for exact screws and bolts required)

  Well, the tenant might care if there's a possibility of getting a refund of around £36,000 in rent. And the letting agent might care if they have to shell out that amount.
