Hello

I'm selling a few household items and clothes that I have had for a while but not used:

- black maternity cardigan Price ?10 (never used, tag still on) (https://www.jojomamanbebe.co.uk/maternity-cardigan-d5686.html)

- Elegant Dune Black Suede size 4 (37) (worn once, in excellent condition) Price ?25

- Elegant and new Ralph Lauren Boots, hand made and real leather (never used) Price ?45

- Woolrich wool mountain jacket (never used). Woolrich is a great quality brand; it was an expensive gift for my partner but he is not a fan so never worn but it is too late to return. Price ?90 (this is a bargain given the quality of this jacket).

Do message me if interested in any of these items.

Thanks

Benny

    • Thanks very much for that.   I think the better informed we are, the better our discussions will be. The article contained: "That arrest had quite an impact on the [phone theft] numbers for the following month,” said Green.  Here's another indicator, admittedly a piece of police PR,  of how well-targeted police efforts, mostly invisible to us,  can when successful  seriously affect offending figures: https://news.met.police.uk/news/met-police-drive-down-theft-and-robbery-by-84-percent-in-battersea-and-nine-elms-500495.
    • Another excellent article from Jim Waterson's London Centric reporting https://www.londoncentric.media/p/kitchen-foil-and-algerian-markets?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email Interesting that there seem to be favoured and repeated routes for phone snatching for particular thieves.  Seems ED might be one of them ☹️
    • Anywhere near the Overground/Windrush due to its excellent transport links.  You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic  Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre.  The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast
