Helping families with dinner

Hi,

I am an ED resident looking to start a small business providing meals to families or individuals during the week. These meals will be healthy dinners to allow for busy families to enjoy their evenings without having to worry about cooking. I am a professionally trained and practiced chef with an interest in nutritious and tasty food. I am starting the business in a small capacity to gage the interest of the community before fully launching.

About the meals:

-All meals will be vegetarian with the option to add meat

-All fruit/veg will be sourced locally without packaging

-All grains will be sourced without plastic

-Cost will be ?7 per meal or ?10 with the optional meat

-The weekly menu will be sent out by email the Sunday before the week

-Meals will be packaged in eco friendly/dishwasher/microwave safe boxes which will be collected and reused

If this is a service that you would be interested in for your family please send me a private message

    • Useful link, thanks. I see that neither of the Dulwich Hill councillors are standing again but one of the new Labour candidates for DH recently left the Lib Dems… The Greens are led by someone who left the Lib Dems and full of people who left Labour. Reform is full of those who left the Tories. And the Tories are full of those who left our planet some time ago. Confused? You will be!
    • I'm sorry to learn that though Liam does seems well qualified. Hopefully with McAsh gone, Southwark Labour will turn to Charlie to fill the gap.
    • As I understand it Charlie Smith did put himself forward for selection in GG but Labour members chose someone else to represent them, Liam McGrath https://southwarklabour.com/our-candidates/   It'll be interesting to see if there are other defections - surely the Greens want a drip, drip, drip of news from now to May suggesting the momentum is with them.
    • Thanks for your feedback - we always appreciate hearing from members about their experience. The pool temperature at JAGS Sports Club is maintained at 29oC, in line with industry guidelines for mixed-use pools.  This temperature has been designed to balance comfort for lane swimmers and families. Air temperature is also monitored regularly to ensure a comfortable environment for swimmers, spectators and staff. The shower Temperature Mixing Valves (TMVs) were changed in December to improve consistency, and we hope this has made a noticeable difference. If you would like to discuss your experience in more detail, please contact us directly at [email protected] or 020 8613 6500 and we'll be really happy to help.
