Estate agent recommendations

Can anyone recommend a local estate agent, or tell me who to avoid! We have been out of the game a long time and are no longer familiar with who is good/bad. Not sure yet if it will be for selling or for letting. How is the market at the moment? On rightmove lots of things seem to have been on for a very long time and I?m not sure if it?s because they?re overpriced or brexit related.

Munday's https://www.mundays.com/ Becky and her team are, at the same time, both laid back and shrewd - they're great to work with and got us significantly more money than Your Move (who were pushing us to accept offers that were lower than what we even paid for our flat!). Munday's will look after you brilliantly, I highly recommend them.

Where is your property? Not the full address obviously! And any loose info on its type.

    • Another recommendation for Adam on the Dartmouth Road. Have been going there for years. I will never go anywhere else (unless I move home to somewhere far away!) No faff, very reasonal price and nice atmosphere 👍
    • Thanks so much I’ll try that too… might still try getting hold of an air purifier as well if at all possible - want to try cover all bases!
    • The 185 is often the same. But that's why buses sometimes (and annoyingly) stop to "regulate the service". To be fair, it's often due to traffic conditions. If there is not much traffic, the one behind catches up with the one in front.
    • I imagine this is because of the average  additional time involved, due to the styles. You could have asked the reason? I will ask, next time I'm in there.  Many salons have this differential pricing.
