Looking for someone to fix a garden fence

It's a long wooden fence with probably 10 sections to it and one of them has nearly been blown off by the strong wind a couple of weeks ago.

I've been told that it would be a good idea to replace about 4 of the sections so the whole fence becomes strong enough for this not to happen again.

Please let me know if this is something you can help with. Previous experience preferred.
