I am a qualified Alexander Technique teacher based on Brockley (SE4). Alexander Technique helps you to release unnecessary tension in ourselves ? body & mind. Alexander Technique is beneficial for any kind of activities and help you to overcome

? Back, neck and joint pain

? Muscle tension and stiffness

? Poor posture

? Breathing and vocal problems

? Anxiety and stress-related conditions

You will discover freedom and grace in your movement and you will be feeling lighter, taller, calmer and more confident.

I?m giving 5 pounds discount for students who book 10 lessons in advance from this January.

- Child 5 years old up to 17 years old 20 pounds (normal fee 25 pounds)

- Adults over 18 years old 25 pounds (normal fee 30 pounds)
