Why are they missing deadlines ie not completing repairs or refurbishing council properties? Or are council not held to account and Freddy contractors rubbing their hands in glee….. prob no clause ie c penalising them for not completing on time. Not difficult to refurbished a property no matter what the budget is so what is the problem? -
