LOVELY DOUBLE ROOM TO LET

I am the owner of a two bed garden flat in Forest Hill. Just off the Dartmouth road, 3 mins walk to Forest Hill pools, cafes, shops, bars and 8 mins walk to the station with inks to London Bridge, Overground, Train links to Victoria.

Double room, fully furnished, comfortable bed. A ground floor flat with own front door, very quiet and homely. Private garden. I am a 40 year old creative, looking for a professional of 30+ years. I am a sociable person that enjoys a drink out, cinema, gallery or gig, but very much enjoys down time in the week days and out and about at the weekends. This is not a party house, but is a home. I value chilled weekdays.

The rent is ?750 inc bills. Plus cleaner of ?25 a week between both of us. So ?800 inc all bills monthly.

For Monday to Friday the rent is ?550 inc all bills & cleaner.

Would like to start with 3 month trial and would like references. I can also supply a contract and would require a deposit but no fees of course.

  I would not recommend Polished to anybody. They sent my daughter away without any aftercare instructions or solution, when i popped in to enquire they couldn’t say anything except that we could purchase an inferior cleaning product from them at double the price. My daughter went back again some time afterwards to get a row of piercings done on her ear, this time they not only did a bad job on the spacing but put in a stud that was the wrong size, the head of the stud was so tiny it got swallowed up inside her ear and she had to go to A &E to get it removed 🙁

  22/9 MISSING CAT: her name is CJ, she’s got a very distinctive round face. She lives on Jerningham road. We usually let her out with a collar that has a tracker but unfortunately last night she went out without it on 😭 and now she hasn’t come home. She’s usually very scared of sudden noises and cars so she’s not one to roam on main streets but more across gardens. She also got stuck on a tree once and was too scared to jump down. If you see a ginger cat in your garden or tree, or anywhere near SE14 5NH then please dm me.
