I just moved to the area and started using a company called Summerbird which is managed by a guy called Brian. He arranged to come over to view the house and to discuss exactly what we wanted cleaning, extent of the work, etc, then coordinated one of his cleaners to come on a fortnightly basis going forward. The cleaner has only come once so far but did a very good job! Let me know if you want his details.
