Otta
Normally I do my own, but have run out of time, so does anyone know of a good brand of sauce for jerk chicken? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/24756-decent-jerk-sauce-in-a-jar/ Share on other sites

northlondoner
I always thought jerk seasoning as some sort of well,...seasoning... rather than a sauce. Am I wrong? Otta
They are 2 different things. Ideally you season first with the dry stuff, and add the sauce a bit later.Anyway, in the end I noticed nandos hot piri piri marinade in Sainsburys, and gave that a go. Very nice it was too.
