Boiler flue relocation help

Hi,

I recently had a gas safety check and boiler service in a rented flat. The gas safety check indicated I need to reseal the boiler flue and locate a flue to the boiler. The service guy who under took this check is unable to do this work for me. I think this had something to do with the flue requiring roof work to fit. Is there any service person you can recommend or service person who could do this work and another gas safety & boiler service for me in the next 2 weeks? The flat is in Penge, 15 mins from ED.
