Villa near Rome available for Easter and Summer

We love the house and we love the place!

but this year we'll stay with my auntie who is not well, so the house is available for holiday makers. This is the first time we do this, pictures have been taken in the thick of winter, but the place is magical in late spring and summer. Lakes, seaside, rivers, walks in the wood, small medieval towns pearched on hills of tuffo rock, UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Tarquinia and Bagnoregio, Rome and Siena are only a short drive away.
