Yahoo! Mail Terms & Conditions access problems

Anyone else getting this T&C box and finding it impossible to get past?

Whether I 'accept' or click 'no thanks' the box blips out for a few seconds then returns. Looked on Yahoo forum and this seems to have been happening since June in the US and over here more recently (mail was fine yesterday).

Any of the many IT boffins on here know what the fuck it's all about?
