BNI Adventurers meets Thursday morning in Dulwich. With a busy group of local businesses that does business over breakfast (supplied by Suzanne James - caterers of Distinction) before most of you have turned on your laptop/desktop for the day. We leave our meeting full of energy to face the day ahead. we are different from most networking groups as we have a strict policy of 1 member per trade or profession in the group, so you get to lock out your competitors.

  Occasionally when this happens, the estate agent is complicit. Had this happen to our neighbour and we later found that the house was bought by the sister of the estate agent at the reduced price. The agent is in an advantageous position as he/she is aware of the seller's circumstances and occasionally one will go rogue to do a favour for a relative/friend.

  Hello, I have a new boxed (unwanted gift) Tefal Secure 5 that you could have. The model is P2500731 and is a few years old, just been sitting in a cupboard, but it hasn’t even been unpacked. I think a new version is about £70 so you can have it for £25? If interested, please let me know and I can drop off to you if you like as we are on Brixton Hill but pass through ED most days.
