I have done pregnancy yoga and had massages and postnatal rituals by Alexa Dean, for both my pregnancies. I found her to be a fantastic supportive and knowledgeable person when it comes to childbirth. Although I didn't have a doula myself, if I wanted one she's the person I'd pick.
