sofa repair help

We have a reclining sofa but it?s stuck in the open position. The locking mechanism, to secure the ?down? position, has broken.


Anyone know of someone who could come and fix it? I've searched the forum for similar issues but can't find anything helpful.


Upholstery needs some TLC too so, if anyone can do that for us as well, it would be much appreciated.

      There's a burst pipe at underhill road near barry road and road is closed , the water was pouring down barry road so I walked along and moved leafs and debris away from drains and water stopped coming down barry road towards peckham rye. You would think that thames water would have someone there fixing issue but nope nobody there doing a thing but they want to tell us no hosepipe etc and charge us £75 a month.  20251012_062535.mp4

      There is Trinco as well on Lordship Lane.  Tasty and reasonable Sri Lankan food. Amrutha in Honor Oak is vegan and v good. Both worth a visit.
