Twitter suspension

I've appealed against a suspension rather than remove a tweet. Anyone know how long it takes to find out the result of an appeal?

I've never seen any appeal have a success. People are just banned for days, months or set-up a new account (which iss itself against the rules).

I'm not actually banned except maybe for 12 hours. Have you ever seen the result of a appeal or is it a case of them just ignoring it, do you know?

I was ignored when I got banned for saying Boris should watch out he doesn't choke if he leaves his teabag in the cup. Had many "hour long" drunk tweeting bans but fair enough to those it's normally swear words.

also known lots of tweeters who have had bans - but not one has ever said afterwards they had it overturned. But could be a condition you don't talk about it if you win.

I wrote three words following a tweet by Piers Morgan on a subject I'm not particularly interested in. I don't even follow him. He was advertising his new Daily Fail column and wrote that Harry and Megan were 'whoring' themselves to an American bank.

I simply wrote 'Says a whore'.I think others wrote much worse.

For such an outspoken person he can be sensitive.

It's said people with blue ticks get preferential treatment if they complain.
